REVIEW:
Serenity meets pizza.
When you step into Pizza 4P’s (pronounced "peace") in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, take a breath and relax. Let the laidback host guide you to your table through a unique dining space featuring active flowing water fountains and natural rock formations. Soft, peaceful music sets the tone as you flip through the hand-crafted menus, while the open pizza prep station puts the craftsmanship right on display. Watch one person gently sculpt the 48-hour fermented blend of wheat, rye, and whole wheat sourdough, seamlessly passing it off to the next to layer on premium ingredients and slide it onto the peel. A quick turn in the gas-powered dome oven, and your sliced pie lands at the table. Then comes the best part: digging in. Pizza 4P's delivers an exceptional, high-caliber product in the most meditative setting imaginable. I left fully satisfied on every front.
