REVIEW:
Santa is real!
Located right where Bushwick meets Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, Santa Panza has it all. Beyond its full menu of Italian appetizers, entrees, and desserts, the space features multiple dining areas, great vibes, a chic bar, and a cozy wood-burning oven baking pizzas right smack in the middle of it.
Even if you go for the full Italian spread, you owe it to yourself to order at least one pizza to share. These authentic Neapolitan-style wood-fired pies boast top-tier ingredients, creative toppings, and post-bake garnishes ranging from extra virgin olive oil to rich stracciatella. I highly recommend the Margherita. Its hand-sculpted crust is topped with a savory tomato sauce, melted fresh mozzarella cheese, and garnished with post-bake basil for the perfect bite. Other signature red and white pies skillfully combine toppings such as sun-dried tomato jam, shiitake mushrooms, and smoked scamorza into mouthwatering delicacies.
Santa Panza has come to town, and hopefully, it will never leave!
