ORDER: 2 slices of Classic (sauce, mozzarella, parm, basil), 2 slices of Sausage & Peppers (Cheddar, pickled peppers, Mama Lils, sausage, sesame crust), 2 slices of Spicy Vodka (mozzarella, parm, shallot, garlic, 'nduja)

REVIEW: 

Thanks to Frenzie Wine & Pizza, Brooklyn Heights score a new sit-down pizzeria offering cool vibes and hot pies. It’s also open when you want it to be. Late-night hours, an expansive wine list, a cozy dining area, and ample weather-permitting sidewalk cafe seating make Frenzie an ideal date spot or a great place for a nice dinner with friends. Add in state-of-the-art electric Moretti Forno deck ovens, and you may just have your new go-to neighborhood spot.

The crust is baked to crisp-and-sturdy perfection, holding up strong from tip to end crust without any sag. My favorite of the night was the Classic cheese, but don't sleep on the inventive signature pies featuring superb ingredients like spicy vodka sauce, pickled Mama Lil’s peppers, and shallots. Created by seasoned pizza veterans, this menu is as unique as it is tasty. Have crust leftover? Dip it in their house-made ranch or spicy chili oil. Opened in mid-2026, the future is looking bright for Frenzie.

1. Randy McKay is a jack of many trades...and counting! Not only does he graphically design merch for sevearl companies (including the Magnet), but he's a hilarious performer and is currently taking piano lessons.

2. Earlier today Robin Rothman took part in a volunteer event called SING FOR YOUR SENIORS where she and a few other amazing singers showcase their skills in front of senior citizens. I wasn't there but I'm sure she was incredible.

3. After pizza we headed on down to the Shake Shack for a post-pizza milk shake.  I love dessert.
